Kombucha vinaigrette

When I think healthy, top of mind thought would always be… salad! I remember back then, when I start to feel heavy and I start to plan on going on a diet, I would always resort to eating salads and sandwiches every day. I just feel like it’s the best way to satisfy both my taste buds and at the same time allow me to reach my goal.

Preparing salads has always been fun for me, from making salads that are cream-based, yogurt – based and vinaigrettes. Though I would usually make salad dressings that are cream based, I recently found a way to incorporate my kombucha into making a vinaigrette. Vinaigrettes, usually made by mixing oil, vinegar and spices, can easily be done as it would require less ingredients than other kinds of dressings. That is why I’m so glad that I found a way to include kombucha into making vinaigrettes for my salad dressing!

This recipe I’m sharing is very easy to make. It also includes ingredients that are easily available in grocery stores which makes it a lot more fun to make! All you will need to do is prepare your greens, mix all ingredients together and drizzle all over. What’s best about this recipe, is that you can be creative about it! Add other vegetables to your plate or maybe a dash of other spices, and surely, you’ll get a good taste of that vinaigrette. And of course, don’t forget to pour your probiotic drink into it!

Share with us your awesome creations, especially when you try making this vinaigrette!
